...it's like - dADa & Surrealism &tc. had to try & make sense of the World Wars & the 20th Century generally - & in turn got appropriated wholly by the Horror Genre
...& Rawk Movements are generally just Art Movements reinstated w/ Black Rhythm & Blues added...
...what exactly should Art's response be to the World as it is now? What is the balance or the catharsis - the requisite sort of outrage? What kind of RawkaRolla makes the Six O'Clock News psychically digestible?
What drugs are correct for adolescence? Given the complete lack of Ritual in 'rational' society?
What polite cocktails would be appropriate for standing in the Plastic Rain half a century after Woodstock??
I would argue it's FMU, Hearty White & Lonnie Holley - for examples...

As the Dotard's ideas go, this... isn't the worst... I guess? I mean, it's peak disaster capitalism since everything's getting warmer, and hey, Alaska turned out to be a pretty good buy. But the WH staff is putting it off because they know that once he realizes it's full of natives and not nice white Danes, he'll say he wanted Iceland instead. And we all know Bjork is NOT having that!

then suddenly these reggae songs started popping up. (i love reggae but it didn't work) i contacted pandora and said it does not make sense why would they do this? and there was a several day back n forth investigation. it turned out this woman i was seeing stuck a reggae song in the station seeds to be funny.

' The Real McCoy is the seventh album by jazz pianist McCoy Tyner and his first released on the Blue Note label. It was recorded on April 21, 1967 following Tyner's departure from the John Coltrane Quartet and features performances by Tyner with Joe Henderson, Ron Carter and Elvin Jones. Producer Alfred Lion recalls the recording session as a "pure jazz session. There is absolutely no concession to commercialism, and there's a deep, passionate love for the music embedded in each of the selections". '
