Work a show in 80 ? There abouts - and had to throw Wall Of Voodoo out of the club cause the band wanted gas money to get back to LA and the promotor wouldn't cover it. I hope that they got back OK

@Mr Fab the "club" was actually a defunct synagogue know as The Temple or The Temple Beautiful in San Francisco. It was situated directly next to the Jim Jones People's Temple on Geary at Fillmore. When I told people I was the door man at The Temple they stepped back... Good times

If anyone cares to check it out later, this is my buddy Chris Maggio on drums along with a bunch of dudes from other bands (the fella with the guitar and crazy metal makeup is WFMU’s own Dave Hill). They recently recorded Reelin' in the Years remotely from and then it was edited and mixed in a minute. Listen through, it has melody and chops for days! Anyhow, proud of Chris as he has overcome personal demons and has kept it together for decades now. Love, hate, overrate…do as you will. youtu.be...
