This is what I've never understood. The British band The Charlatans lost their lawsuit (obviously), and The Beat lost theirs etc etc. Can't have two well-known bands with the same name and all that.
So how come Nirvana (grunge) got to keep their full name when Nirvana (UK) had already had top ten hits?? That's the bit I don't get.
