	9:45am David in London: Snoochie, Handy - beings as this is an old 1880s Victorian London house, there are six sets of stairs from the front door to the attic bedroom, so I have started doing a daily stair climb. It’s quite good burst of energy and exertion. I should probably calculate how many times I need to do it in order to have climbed K2 by equivalence, but I’m not sure I can be arsed.

My daily commute ended up being about 4 miles of walking, and it took me over the best bridge in NYC twice -- but that pedestrian lane is way too narrow for current protocols.

It’s quite good burst of energy and exertion. I should probably calculate how many times I need to do it in order to have climbed K2 by equivalence, but I’m not sure I can be arsed.
