	🥁 11:30am doctorjazz: Almost time to eat (been intermittent fasting, 16 hours fast, 8 hours eating. Lost 5-10 pounds (depending on when you start counting). Many health benefits, from stuff I've read.

	🥁 11:38am doctorjazz: Don't easy 8 hours straight, just have an 8 hour window that I eat in (started with 12-14 hour fasts, then upper it to 16). Not for everyone (obviously), but my wife's metabolic labs (cholesterol, insulin, sugar, etc) improved markedly on it.
	🥁 11:40am Listener Gregory: @doctorJ, does "eating" including drinking beer? Even fine craft beer???
	11:40am Dean: Except the (U.S.) Supreme Court doesn't issue verdicts. Some Supreme Courts, e.g., New York's, are in fact not the jurisdiction's highest court. The NY Supreme Court is the state's trial court, which does issue verdicts. And they say ignorance of the law is no excuse!
	🥁 11:41am Listener Gregory: @Dean, yeah, I kind of knew that, but saying the ruling was remanded to a lower court just didn't have the same ring.
	🥁 11:41am doctorjazz: LG, yup, doesn't specify the exact foods to eat (though a healthy diet, exercise, etc are better). But, hey, craft beer if GOOD FOOD!

	11:40am Dean: Except the (U.S.) Supreme Court doesn't issue verdicts. Some Supreme Courts, e.g., New York's, are in fact not the jurisdiction's highest court. The NY Supreme Court is the state's trial court, which does issue verdicts. And they say ignorance of the law is no excuse!
