WFMU's Transpacific Sound Paradise joins in celebrating Global Music Month this September! Global Music Month is a collaborative online mega-festival featuring content from nineteen festivals and event producers in the US and Canada, most of whom normally present in-person festivals and concerts in the summer and autumn months. Because that's not possible this year they've teamed up to cross-promote online events all this month under the Global Music Month banner.
The full daily schedule for Global Music Month is here.
Here's a highlight from recent Global Music Month offerings: Last night's 27th Annual Lotus Festival (Bloomington, Indiana) Friday Evening Showcase Concert:
You can find out more and watch lots and lots of great live-streamed and archival performances from the nineteen and presenters listed below at:

WFMU and WFMU's Transpacific Sound Paradise denounce explicit and implicit racism; condemn the culture of white supremacy, which enables the brutalization of black people and other communities of color, and support Black Lives Matter and the movement it stands for.
Here's a

Also: BRIC has an extensive and regularly updated pandemic crisis resource list on its website with artists, performers etc. in mind but relevant for everyone. See it here:

not S.P. Balasubrahmanyam -- but actor is very young Aamir Khan -- looking quite like a young George Harrison, imho -- and that is his wife in the red dress, they were just married, and she would often visit the set while filming <3
