anyway i'm ordering Vonnegut and Tom Robbins short stories collections so i can always take breaks from a serious book if i need to.

-then i read 4 others and immensely enjoyed all but one; and even that one i loved... villa incognito is his last novel (? - hopefully not) and the story is his usual Brilliant, but at a certain point when it seemed like it should've gone into yet more weird twists- it just wrapped up. so not like him. also there are many loose ends; things never clarified. also not like him. (it's also much shorter than his others) even so it was very powerful and aspects of it stick with me to this day.
i have 2 more of his novels to read... i'm ordering a short stories book that i doubt the library will have.
