Nicky Hopkins - another amazing musician who doesn't get enough recognition. The Stones, the Who, Jeff Beck Group, many more. I saw him with Quicksilver at the Fillmore too!

I had tix to see Nicky Hopkins/Nils Lofgren at Bottom Line 1975 (first show after Springsteen’s fabled 5 night run). Alas, Nicky cancelled and Al Kooper (who I love) subbed. Nicky was certainly the English sideman extraordinaire!
