For the BeatlesGeeks/'60s Brit music fans out there -- this Vagabonds track was produced by Dick Rowe!
  12:13pm
Lee:

Sounding great Mike. Afternoon everyone!
To continue the food theme, it's later in the day here in Ireland. We're just getting ready for dinner. We have a good Indian place close by that does good veg/vegan options, so that's our weekend takeaway treat.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:15pm
Mike Sin:

Hey there Lee! Sounds great! If you don't mind mind askin', where in Ireland are you located?
  12:15pm
Lee:

I'm in Dublin
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:17pm
Matt Clarke:

Sounds great, Lee
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:18pm
Matt Clarke:

@Mike Sin: It all went downhill for the Vagabonds when Dick Jaws got a hold of them
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:18pm
Frank In Queens:

That does sound great, Lee. It's been ages since I've had Indian food not cooked at home.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:19pm
Mike Sin:

I only made it to Ireland once, but flew into Shannon. Only saw the west side!
  12:19pm
DA The DJ:

Hi guys!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:20pm
Matt Clarke:

Hey there DA!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:20pm
Frank In Queens:

I've been to Dublin airport....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:20pm
Mike Sin:

Hi DA the DJ!
  12:22pm
Lee:

@Mike: very beautiful on that side. Our side a little less so, but we're home to Phil Lynott, so that makes everything else okay!
@Frank: I haven't made the transition to cooking indian food at home. It's maybe a cop out but it's pretty cheap to get delivery, and these days especially that feels like a treat.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:23pm
Mike Sin:

Within the past five, a lot of vegan Indian joints have popped up around my Jersey environs.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:26pm
Mike Sin:

@Lee - I read "Angela's Ashes" on the flight over then went around Limerick checking out the locales!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:26pm
Matt Clarke:

@Lee: Hope to make it over there when this mess is over. I'll have to make note of that Indian place
Avatar 12:26pm
Joe B:

sounding great Mike!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:27pm
Matt Clarke:

Hey Joey B!
  12:27pm
Lee:

@Mike: sounds pretty fitting for the Limerick experience!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:27pm
Frank In Queens:

@Lee, my wife is a much more well-rounded cook than I am, so she's able to pull off some of the simpler dishes pretty convincingly. For awhile there wasn't really any Indian options local to us, so we did it at home out of necessity. We did get one about a year or so ago that has vegan options and delivers, but we've yet to try it for some stupid reason.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:28pm
Mike Sin:

Hey, thanks a lot, Joe B!
  12:28pm
Lee:

@Matt: sounds like a plan. Ruposhi in Drumcondra is our local Indian restaurant.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:33pm
Matt Clarke:

Thanks Lee. Writing that down.

Sounding really great today, Mikey
  12:35pm
phat:

Black and Blue is a truly strange album.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:38pm
Matt Clarke:

@Mikey Sin: I walked by the Memory Motel a few times this summer. Strange vibe.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:39pm
Mike Sin:

Hi phat! Very true -- I couldn't figure out if it was all the Ron Wood influence. He doesn't get a songwriting credit on "Hey Negrita" -- just an "inspired by"!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:41pm
Mike Sin:

@Matt - "Memory Motel" -- always loved the track!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:46pm
