Listener comments!

  8:25pm
Kenzo:

We can only assume Sean Daily is woo hooing AT the party right now...
  8:26pm
Liz b.:

Lots of woo-hooing here at the Bell House. They have mixed drinks named after Pixies albums.
  8:39pm
Monica:

this song sounds rather Can-ish. Regretting being at home.
  8:40pm
Ken:

Liz, I am hearing periodic dropout/electronic boing boing noises on the stream.. are you using the Tieline or a laptop to upload the stream?
  8:44pm
scott:

its the tie line ken - funny story about the laptop, we'll tell you later, there are indeed periodic 1/4 sec dropouts in the tie line. open to suggestions, but we're w/o a backup here.
  8:47pm
Ken:

Sounds like you dont have sufficient upload speeds there. Are you wired or wireless?
  8:52pm
scott:

we're wired
  8:57pm
Ken:

99 - 99?
  8:59pm
Laurie:

At least one of the guys on the radio right now is totally wasted. Porkchop? I hope someone's finger is on the button.
  9:00pm
Laurie:

Correction: At least one of them SOUNDS totally wasted.
  9:04pm
scott:

99/99, yup.
  9:08pm
Carmichael:

Yep, you're still taiking periodic hits to the stream. It sounds awesome otherwise, though. Someone donate a laptop to the cause ....
  9:08pm
?:

What was that song playing just before? Lo-fi kinda folky shit
  9:10pm
Carmichael:

Ask Sean Daily to say "Woo Hoo!", just for the record.
  9:12pm
Ken:

Scott - make a note as to which Tieline this is happening on. It's not too bad, the dropouts happen every 4 minutes or so.
  10:51pm
Snortley:

These dropouts and boings have been a problem in other remote shows before. Sounds a lot like what happens when a buffer is running low due to limited bandwidth. Wonder if your provider is really giving what they claim.
