	9:00pm still b/p: Good news / bad news a while back when ordering a mai tai bowl with friends during late night Rock ‘N Roll Sushi specials. It was cheap but without much noticeable liquor. So don’t need or want to be pulling full-hit booze through a straw into the system as the night’s final-hour choice, but then even at a discount....what’s the point?
	♥ 9:00pm Franco Twinkie: Back in my drinkin' days, I would stop in at the Tiki Ti in East Hollywood on the way home from work. My goal was to have every drink on the menu at least once. After awhile I came to conclusion that most tiki drinks were about the same...Or the bartender was really lousy!

	9:02pm Flash Strap: i think one of my favorites was at the Mai Kai in Fort Lauderdale, which is an unbelievable joint, called the Moonkist Coconut but the Planter's Punch is a pretty impeccable recipe, esp. at its most simple

	9:40pm Flash Strap: @C.: the cool thing about a planter's is that it can be basically just equal parts lime, sugar, rum. Some recipes add tea. I have my own that ups the rum slightly, uses darker sugar, and adds coconut water instead of tea or whatever. i guess it's totally different at that point, but it's a fun recipe to customize

I have my own that ups the rum slightly, uses darker sugar, and adds coconut water instead of tea or whatever. i guess it's totally different at that point, but it's a fun recipe to customize
