He did not have enough records to justify hogging the hi-fi, but he had the first Spirit album. We would listen to Mechanical Word over and over....and over again. I remember his mom coming in and saying "Do you think you could play something else?"

I remember thinking: Who is this cat that Brian lets him play his guitar?
