	10:29pm Franco Twinkie: Humming Bird reminded me of this garage band called Siddhartha from my neighborhood when I was a teenager. A bunch of high school drop outs who would jam all day and occasionally play in the park.

"Take A Letter, Maria" only and always struck me as an E-Z conceived, consciously depthless, catchy pop thing, dwelling somewhere between Tony Orlando and Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose. Didn't know it might stir hard judgments.
