	9:38am Jeff Golick: @LR: I didn't experience those L/R issues in my headphones -- not sure! @LG: feeling all kinds of ways. @WR: we took pity on the kid (and ourselves) and airlifted him to a farm/compound in rural NJ, where his girlfriend's family is holed up.
	🥁 9:38am WR: Balance achieved by putting the peanut butter & chocolate and just a bit of buckwheat pancake mix into the oatmeal before adding the egg.
	🥁 9:40am WR: Yet to see if the mixture will hold together for the flip.
	9:41am Listener Robert: JG, I wouldn't call them "issues" on Balance Problems, I thought they were interesting aural tricks as per the album's title. But my headphones DO have issues.

	🥁 11:02am WR: So interesting this set, playing performers from my youth but tunes I've forgotten or didn't get to remember in the first place.
	🥁 11:03am doctorjazz: I'm actually on "furlough" since April 1. As opposed to what's happening in hospitals, most offices are extremely quiet. All "routine" visits are on hold, sick kids get telephone screened, handled at home if possible. The other doc I work with was out for about a week (she tested negative for Covid-19, but there's a pretty high false negative rate, I'm pretty sure that's what she had). When she came back, the 2 of us were sitting around most of the time. So administration offered a furlough, I was mixed, family pushed me to take it. Looking into doing telemedicine in New Jersey.

	11:04am Wolfgang the Precarious: On day drinking: pandemics invoke airport rules: if you wanna manhattan at 7:30 in the morning, go for it. In Germany, airport rules apply at all times anyway. They sell hard liquor at every gas-station.

As you say, their business has gone down greatly, and some specialty surgeons, for example, can do almost no work. They are having to lay off staff and may go bankrupt. Another sad consequence of the epidemic. It's a weird contrast to the stories of overrun ER doctors, etc.

	🥁 11:03am doctorjazz: I'm actually on "furlough" since April 1. As opposed to what's happening in hospitals, most offices are extremely quiet. All "routine" visits are on hold, sick kids get telephone screened, handled at home if possible. The other doc I work with was out for about a week (she tested negative for Covid-19, but there's a pretty high false negative rate, I'm pretty sure that's what she had). When she came back, the 2 of us were sitting around most of the time. So administration offered a furlough, I was mixed, family pushed me to take it. Looking into doing telemedicine in New Jersey.
