You got that right, Julie! Fox was super cool beans and filled me in on the JC area. Went to look at a few places with a realtor and felt pretty discouraged with what I saw. Other night I found a listing that looked too good to be true, went to see it that day, turns out the realtor is also the super and lives there. Was going for a 2br, but there was a sweet 1br pentouse unit with a balcony. It's the new building up the street from another place I looked at that I thought was out of my price range. Full circle moment!

I never had many things so what I accumulated here over 11yrs is just clutter I can toss. Only things I care about are Pepé, my RAID units, and my gear. I would advise to get a cooler in advance, so on the day of just get a bag of ice and you can transport your perishables easier.

The moving guy also asked about my engineering stuff and said he wanted to do a commercial at some point. So I already have a little project lined up along with volunteering at the station. This summer is going to be "lit" as the kids say!
